According to SINAC policies for land in protected wilderness areas, this program is a tool that facilitates and promotes actions that seek the consolidation of these territories in national parks and other wilderness areas of the conservation area.
Looking to create channels of coordination between state institutions, NGOs and community organizations to develop regional and land use actions in the ASP and its buffer zones.
It seeks dominion over lands that comprise the state Natural Heritage (PNE) in protected areas with the support of the administration of ASP.
Find alternatives for the conservation of biodiversity through corridors to allow the link between the protected areas (ASP). Establishes mechanisms for cooperation through partnerships with conservation organizations to support land acquisition and planning.
Objetives:
General:
Facilitate the process of tenure in the protected areas to promote actions that help to consolidate their territories.
Specifics:
- Studies of tenure on private lands located within the state and ASP with an emphasis on National Parks of ACLA-P.
- Promote surveys or administrative assessments outstanding to acquire private property with the support of Direct Taxation Ministry of Finance.
- Resolving conflicts using the judicial tenure, administrative, agrarian land usurpation or invasion present in areas of the state Natural Heritage in or on the border of the ASP.
- Create databases through appropriate programs that allow access to cadastral and registration of private and state property in protected wildlife areas.
